What it is

Precision finishing transforms a raw or machined component into a surface that meets both the cosmetic and functional standard a luxury product demands. Whether mirror-bright, directionally brushed, satin-blasted, or hand-polished to a specific texture, the finish is what a customer sees and feels — and what reveals or hides every flaw in the manufacturing process that came before.

The process

1. Assessment. Every component is evaluated for geometry, material, and the finish spec — mirror, satin, brushed, or a combination — before selecting the right sequence of abrasives and tools.

2. Finishing. A staged progression through grits and compounds, with hand work on complex curves and machine work on repeatable surfaces. Each stage is inspected before moving to the next.

3. Final inspection. Surface quality is verified under magnification and controlled lighting against your reference sample — before the part moves to coating or assembly.
