Contract Casting
Investment casting of fine metal components — produced to your specification, delivered under your brand, with complete discretion.
What it is
Investment casting (lost-wax casting) produces intricate metal components with fine detail and tight tolerances — ideal for jewellery, watch parts, eyewear hardware and precision industrial components. Kierand provides private-label contract casting: your design, your brand, our expertise and discretion.
Applications & industries
- Fine jewellery — rings, pendants, clasps and settings in gold, platinum and silver
- Watch components — cases, crowns, buckles and bracelet links
- Eyewear — bridges, temples and hinge assemblies in titanium and stainless steel
- Precision industrial — small-run components where machining alone can’t achieve the geometry
The process
1. Pattern & tooling. A wax or resin pattern is created from your CAD file or reference sample, capturing every detail of the final part.
2. Casting. Patterns are assembled into a tree, invested in ceramic, and cast in the specified alloy under controlled conditions.
3. Finishing & inspection. Cast parts are cut, cleaned, finished to spec (or sent through our finishing and coating processes), and inspected against your tolerance and surface requirements.
Why Kierand
Private-label casting requires absolute discretion and consistent quality — your customers see your brand, not ours. Decades of experience in luxury manufacturing means we understand the tolerances, surface standards and confidentiality that this work demands.
